The Process
We operate a simple five step process.

RFP – After an initial contact the client gives a simple explanation of their requirements.

Offer letter-After considering the loan request we will produce an offer letter setting out our terms and conditions.

Valuation-As soon as terms and conditions of the offer letter are accepted we will instruct and independent valuation.

Loan agreement-Once we are happy with the valuation and title our solicitors will send you all the necessary legal documentation.

Funds Transfer-Once documents are signed the loan is approved and monies released.
